The camera battery could not be delivered at the time originally promised and took about a month longer. However I was twice given the option to cancel, postage was refunded, and I was kept informed as to the status of my order so I feel that Fotosense did their best to get the battery to me and that the long delay was probably due to circumstances beyond their control.
