Ordered this for my ten years old daughter. Last camera broken. Was a nikon limited edition in purple with flower engraving. Thought would go for better model. Agreed on this one in bright blue and engraved on front. Took some deciding on. Daughter very excited. Found it 5 pound cheaper on fotosense and they seemed to have good reviews. Received email on 15/9/15 saying camera being dispatched 17/09/15 with 1-3 day delivery. 6 days later I phoned to chase and got answer phone. Left message. No response. Next day sent a stern email. Got a phone call apologising. They admitted it wasn't it stock and would I like something else. No. It was what my daughter wanted. Expressed my annoyance at blatant lie over dispatch. Holly Apologised. Offer a mini tripod and 8gb free card to say sorry. Camera finally arrived 2 days later. 3 weeks after ordering. Camera is more than adequate for 10 yr old. Very pleased. Great zoom, video. Good pictures for a camera of this price and size. Daughter happy in the end, but the camera did take some getting and you shouldn't be lied to about dispatch and mislead. Nor should it be necessary to shout to get what you've ordered and paid for.
