Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. A couple of the Cokin filters I requested were not in stock but Fotosense despatched the remainder of my order immediately and the out of stock filters were sent as they arrived (necessitating two further deliveries, for which they didn't charge). I think this is truly excellent customer service, and I thank them for making my purchase a pleasant, hassle free experience.
