Despite being advertised as in stock and with a payment of £8.95 for 48hour delivery I was notified the item was not in stock so no 48hour delivery (because it says "once despatched"!) and no refund for such BUT it was sent a few days later and delivery was informative and efficient goods (Panasonic HC-920) were cheapest on the net and appears new and in good order
