The product was excellent, just what I wanted and a very good price. However it took a long time to come. That is understandable at this time of year (December). But there was confusion as to whether it was tracked or not and how it had been sent. (It was in fact sent by the Royal Mail 48 service but still tracked and signed for.) It didn't matter very much but it meant that I waited in unnecessarily. It would have been much easier if the acknowledgement from the supplier, or the information given when I 'phoned to enquire, had been specific about the delivery service, or if it had been sent in a way that did not require a signature..
