I wanted a Sony SEL55210 lens for my A6000 Having done a search I found fotoSense were offering it at a good price. Having read the mixed reviews on the company I was a bit apprehensive about ordering so I decided to contact them first. I e-mailed asking if they had it in stock & if it would be securely packaged. Holly reassured me that it was and I ordered knowing that using PayPal would protect my payment. I'm always wary when dealing with an online retailer I've never used before, after completing some research and knowing that they actually have a premises I could find on Google maps and a landline number I gave them a go. I received excellent service and the lens arrived safely packaged and on time. I hope anyone reading this review has the same level of service as myself but maybe take the time to check with the company first that they can fulfil your order. I would use them again Arfon
