Searched for ages for a part for a tripod that I had lost, Found Fotosense online and placed the order, bonus that it was cheaper than the other camera store and P&P was free! Product arrived within four days. Was kept informed through the process from placing the order to being notified it had been sent. Will certainly check with them again if I need camera supplies in the future.
