A cheaper product than that ordered was supplied by fotosense. They would not supply the correct item until the wrong one was returned. It was claimed that there was a returns label to be printed from the website - there wasn't. The only way for the customer to return is via the Post Office (most of which are now closed), at the customer's expense and inconvenience, though fotosense did agree to refund the cost, but not the inconvenience (even though they were at fault) after the event. The subsequent estimated date for the correct item to be delivered was incorrect, because fotosense did not have the correct item in stock, but they did tell me the product I'd ordered was 'superb' (as if I didn't know, and as if it were down to them) and 'worth the wait'. fotosense was one of my worst shopping experiences EVER! This is a company to avoid.
