Purchase and delivery were both good . The definitely genuine brand new product did not have a seal on the box or inner packing and had a 25% charge . I queried it and am happy that all is fine and the battery due to it's potentially dangerous nature and that it was sent through the post ( " hazard " ) was tested beforehand , the same used to be done when purchasing a lightbulb from a specialist lighting shop on the high street to check it worked ok . Price was lower than main competitors . A nice lady explained all to me and I am very satisfied with fotoSENSE's integrity . I would buy from them again , recommended .
