I ordered a rather expensive camera bag which arrived very promptly. It was a nice well made bag but unfortunately my equipment did not fit into it very well so I returned it to fotoSense. The online ordering ptocedure was simple and quick. The return procedure was similary very efficient and I got my refund within two days. I was really impressed by the excellent service I received and I will be happy to order from this company again.
