I ordered Stroud & Barr For Dummies kit which was on an expected three day dispatch, this changed to on back order shortly after placing my order, (Fotosense trafficlight stock system) which due to Fotosense supliers lack of stock was extended to a week and a half but Fotosense kept me informed and updated on supply throughout the delay and once they'd received the stock from their supplier upgraded my delivery to tracked next day delivery FOC (I'd only gone standard 1st class). Whilst the delay may have been disappointing I believe that it was genuinely a distributor supply glitch and as I was kept fully informed by e-mail this was not an issue especially as the price paid (including delivery) was the best that I could find anywhere from a trusted source.
