I ordered a Manfrotto tripod head from FotoSense, and this was shipped and delivered to me very promptly. Unfortunately it was much bigger than I had anticipated. Additionally, the length of the top plate meant that I could not use it with a number of my lenses on my DSLR. As a result, I returned the item. I was refunded quickly, with no fuss - which was very much appreciated. FotoSense is a dependable supplier and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in future.
