The price on the item I wanted to purchase was the best I could find so did some checking and the vast majority of the reviews were positive for Fotosense. As they were listed on both TopCashBack and a Google Trusted Trader I thought that it would be worth making the purchase of a digital camcorder and paid via credit card for additional security. The website stated dispatch would be 3-4 days and it was good to see a phone number clearly displayed for customer service. I did call this number after 4 days to check and was advised that dispatch was scheduled for the next day. The package arrived 6 days after purchase but 5 working days so no complaints and it was well packed. I would certainly purchase from Fotosense again and the provision of a free 3 year warranty is a nice extra.
