Used Fotosense before, but this time communication was slightly poor, ordered two filters which I paid for both. One arrived but the other one did not, took a phone call after having know luck on the Live chat to find out where my other filter was. A simple email would have done to say it had been delayed. I would have given Very Good if the communication had been as good as last times so I rated good as this is the first time I have had communication problems. Will use Fotosense again in the future and hope the communication problems get sorted. As for the rest of the service provided I find there prices and dispatch are good.
