I'm only able to rate fotoSENSE as 'very good'. They're not very good - they're excellent! They had the top price on the internet for the product I wanted (with a much quicker delivery window than others) and I also received a two year warranty extension for free. After I'd ordered, I discovered I had to go abroad at short notice. I called them (UK landline - always a good sign!) to explain I'd be away and to offer to pay for speedy despatch. fotoSENSE were superb - sending my camera by 24 hour courier so it arrived before I went away! There was a delay with the kit lens, which they explained, but they delayed delivery so that it would arrive immediately on my return. The staff were brilliant and responsive, nothing was too much effort for them. I also received timely emails so I knew what was happening every step of the way. Never mind the price being the most competitive, the fact that fotoSENSE are UK based, there to talk to and really happy to help means their customer service is first rate. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will certainly use fotoSENSE again in the future. Job well done, thank you.
