Very impressed with customer service. I live on the Isle of Man and I was able to ask lots of questions regarding the two pairs of binoculars I was interested in by phone, which was really helpful. They arrived within three days (free p & p) - not bad for IOM !! I was then able to compare them and return one for a full refund. Their prices are the lowest I have found for the ranges I was looking at. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
