In the end, a good experience; I purchased a camera, spare battery and case as a bundle and at a good price. There were issues with the initial ordering process but these were explained and resolved to my satisfaction. The camera came next working day as promised but the case was on back order. A little more communication regarding the progress of the back order would have been very good but once contacted, the items came when fotoSENSE said they would. fotoSENSE will certainly be one of my first go-tos for future purchases and given their typical pricing, I am very likely to buy from them again.
