It was very disappointing that I had to wait 6 weeks for the goods to be delivered. However when I rang to seek an explanation I was dealt with in an extremely courteous manner and with a reasonable explanation for the delay, and it was emphasised that if I wanted to cancel the order I could do and receive a full refund.
