Despite being unable to fulfill the requested item within the time frame I set them they bent over backwards to keep my custom by offering me a suitable alternative which was as good. They express delivered it for when I needed it. They also refunded the difference in price swiftly not like some who drag their heels. I now look forward to using it and have no doubts it will be satisfactory. Well done Fotosense.
