Firstly, I have to say that the free delivery note on the website is misleading. It states that delivery is in 5 working days. Item ordered on Monday but by Friday no notification of dispatch email received. As I was intending to take the item on holiday the following week, I tried calling Fotosense on the telephone number given on their website but a message said that no one was there to take my call and asked me to leave my contact details for Fotosense to contact me later. Luckily their live chat seems to respond quickly. After a number of contacts and due to the urgency of my order, Fitosense agreed to upgrade my delivery to expedited and the item was duly received before I left on holiday. All in all happy with the service despite its protracted nature.
