The delivery date came and went twice. I tried to contact the company on the phone but there was no answer. I had to speak to them on their online chat where I was told effectively that customer service doesn't exist during their dinner break. I enquired about cancelling the order and was then told that miraculously the goods would be in stock and delivered the following week on the third given date. Indeed they were. Though there was nothing wrong with the goods, the company suggested that the out of stock situation was because of their supplier not having stock. It therefore appears, as other customers have suggested, that fotosense advertise and sell stock that they don't actually have. Further, the dates they give for delivery are therefore not met. I was disappointed with this company as I hoped they would be more customer orientated and I would therefore return for future purchases.
