Polite and Courteous customer service contact I ordered a Manfrotto tripod to take advantage of the Manfrotto "free gift" offer as Fotosense had the best price online and were participating in the promotion. Had a few questions regarding the item and any discount codes they might have which were quickly and effectively answered using fotosense's "live chat" facility through their website. Fotosense had a discount code offer that I used for even more of a bargain. Their confirmation email saying they received my order went to my junk mail inbox so I missed it, but I emailed and received a quick response saying everything was ok, and I received my tripod later that day, 2 days after I placed my order.
