Although the delivery of my order was delayed, Fotosense was very good in Keeping me up to date with the situation and, as a result of the delay, offered to refund the full amount. They also sent emails to confirm the dispatch details etc. I found all of this correspondence most helpful. The product ordered is of excellent quality and exactly as requested.
