I ordered a Lowapro Fastpack 350 from fotosense because it was attractively priced when shipping costs were included. Once despatched by fotosense, their carrier - DPD in this case - delivered promptly according to the delivery window. I am satisfied with the product but the service from fotosense is not wonderful. I cannot award more than a "normal" rating to fotosense because the time from placing the order (7th June) to receiving the goods (16th June) is not really acceptable. Fotosense advised me on the 9th June the goods they were selling would be leaving their warehouse on 13th June. Unless they do not hold stock, this is an unacceptable delay and, if they do not hold stock, they should have had the courtesy to explain that at the time of ordering.
