Very helpful in response to my initial phone inquiry and I was given some sensible alternative camera suggestions. Holly was very helpful and knowledgeable and I eventually ordered a Lumix FZ82 and some accessories. The camera was on back order from Panasonic but it arrived within a week as I was promised. I could not fault their value for money or overall customer service, so highly recommended.
