When I visited there site I was under the impression the camera came with a 3 year warranty, apparently not,if you scroll down the page, which I did not, you will see that you have to purchase additional goods to obtain the three year warranty. When I told photsense that the advert was misleading and that if they were a reputable company they would honour the guarantee or at least change the add. They informed me in no uncertain terms that I am only one of a few customers who have complained and that they wont be changing the add or giving me an extended guarantee unless I pay for it.
