I did a Google search for a tripod I was interested in and Fotosense came up as the cheapest non Amazon site. Ordering online was easy and straightforward, even for a bit of a technophobe like me. My tripod duly arrived within the timescale given, and even though I wasn't home to receive the parcel, the fact Fotosense used Royal Mail to deliver meant it was easy just to nip to my local Post Office branch to pick it up the next day. The tripod arrived undamaged.
