My confirmation e-mail was filtered out by my spam folder but when I enquired about my order by both phone and e-mail I got very prompt replies telling me the status of the order and they even resent me a confirmation e-mail (one for each of my methods of contact too!). This 5 stars is all for the fabulous and efficient customer service!
