Having ordered a Canon camera from Fotosense with free postage. I did not receive any email to confirm they had received my order. When I called them they said it was because they were out of stock (although the web site had said there was stock!) As I was going away I asked when stock would be in. They called their supplier while I was on the phone and told me it would be 2 working days and then then would dispatch it on arrival. They did just that and sent it 1st class recorded delivery. So from my point of view, although I was disappointed there had been none in stock, they recovered the situation well. They also supplied a product at a very good price. I would shop there again.
