I chose the Velbon focus rail over the Manfrotto model after reading reviews. I'm glad I did. The Velbon focus rail is very sturdy and the gearing of the racks is perfect.
These are not usually kept in stock but I still received mine within 5 days. Good price, good product and good service from the folk at Fotosense.
