I ordered a camera on Sunday requesting first class recorded delivery. On Tuesday I contacted Fotosense to confirm dispatch as I had not received an email. Prompted by my phone call, the camera was sent out and I received it the following day. I was pleased with this service but if I hadn't phoned I'm not sure when it would have been sent out. I was disappointed that the camera box is damaged, not ideal since it is a gift. It was well wrapped in bubble wrap so the box was most likely damaged prior to dispatch.
