Order delivered very promptly and was spot on with the 1hour given time slot given by their couriers DPD, which saved having to stay in all day. The order of a tripod bag was in my opinion over packed. It came in a very large box with loads of padding for an item that couldn't be easily damaged and could have been packed in a box ¼ of the size. Would not hesitate to use Fotosense again.
