The experience with Fotosense was the worst I had so far with online shopping. They had to be chased repeatedly on the dispatch of the order already, which finally happened 10 days after my order. During that time, requests by e-mail remained unanswered which, as I found out, is due to the fact that the contact addresses "helpdesk@fotosense.co.uk" and "help@fotosense.co.uk" cited by them are obviously inactive. Initially, I also did not receive Royal Mail tracking data, this happened 3 more days later after additional requests. To date, 2 months after my order, I did still not receive the item. According to the Royal Mail tracking data it was dispatched in 2006 (I placed the order in July 2014!), and is said to have been delivered on 13 August 2014. This was later changed to 18 August 2014. I still do not know were my order is, all requests to Fotosense remained unanswered.
