I ordered two items, a camera strap and a Bowens lightstream 530 with stand. Both were out of stock, the camera strap came within a couple of weeks, but the light took a month. However the Bowens 530 was out of stock across the country - I tried Wex, Calumet etc and everyone was waiting for stock. I needed this additional light for an assignment at the end of October and was starting to get a little anxious that it wouldn't arrive in time. I called Fotosense several times and always found them easy to get hold of, really helpful (in the circumstances) and when the lamp was in stock they shipped next day delivery with no charge to ensure I had it in time (I had a weeks leeway). So a bit nerve-wracking for me but Fotosense did all they could and more - recommended and will use again.
