I have been asked to complete this questionnaire seven working days after placing my order. It would be reasonable to assume that I had received the goods by now but the truth is, I haven't. Therefore, I cannot give an overall impression of how good or bad Fotosense is.
The only features I can comment on are: -
Pricing - Very competitive.
Delivery - Poor. To be fair the parcel was delivered on Friday (it is now Monday) but unfortunately we weren't in. However, I had received an email from Fotosense on the previous Wednesday to say that the goods had been despatched by First class post.
To my mind I should have received the goods the next day, Thursday. I waited in.
This is not necessarily Fotosense's fault it could be down to Royal Mail.
I can only report on the situation I find myself in at the time that I am asked to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire.
