Good communications via mail, excellent delivery. Not the easiest items to pack and contents of the inner box had 'broke free', abit of tape or a band could have prevented this but nothing could have been damaged so no harm done and outer box was very strong. Products were as described and I was very impressed with the Manfrotto flexible arm. Sale price the cherry on the cake. Will checkout the website next time I need to buy anything but I have quite abit of kit and I have had to finish work due to ill health so very reduced income. Overall a satisfied customer.
