Very good service and delivery - but the free 3 year guarantee card requests a lot of confidential information to be sent as an open post card through the post - all of which you already have on file from the internet order form - this is an unnecessary piece of bureaucracy which leaves customers wide open to fraudulent activity. Why don't you just request a phone call to register the product for extended warranty ??
