Ordering was easy, but said would be dispatch on a particular day with notifying email. however it was not dispatched that day. Phoned up several days later and spoke to someone who said order delayed because waiting for an item to come in, but would be dispatched that day, which it was. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful and explained the problem. If they had send an email to explain delay initially it would have been 5*.
