I ordered a pair of Barr & Stroud binoculars online as they were shown to be in stock.
I was advised of the order acceptance by e mail on the 18th February.
The item was in fact not in stock and I waited nearly three weeks to receive the goods.
Never advertise an item on a website as being in stock, when that is not the case
