First class service. I ordered a Nikon Coolpix S6600 camera which I was not totally sure would suit my purpose. I emailed Fotosense to ask what would happen if the product did not do exactly what I want it to do. They responded immediately saying that I had a 7 day cooling off period in which to return the product. I placed my order and it actually arrived sooner than promised. I never had to test the cooling off period. Not only was I delighted with the service but the product as well. Well done! 10 out of 10.
