My order was placed Tue 10 Mar with 3-5 day delivery specified and confirmation was received stating "Once package ships, e-mail will be sent with a link to track order". Notification received Thu 12 Mar that order was being processed and should be dispatched 13 Mar. E-mail received Tue 17 Mar notifying that order was shipped by Second Class Recorded and a tracking number was supplied. This was 7 days after placing the order and there was no link to track the order. Order received Thu 19 Mar which was 9 days after placing the order. I was very satisfied with the items eventually received as ordered and the price paid but a little disappointed in the time taken for delivery against that specified which coupled with a gap in correspondence and no tracking link led to an anxious period. This is the only reason I've rated 4 star instead of 5 star.
