The whole experience of buying a Elinchrom BRX 500 light has been a pleasure from Fotosense. The order was taken over the phone and was hassle free. The delivery and associated tracking system was the best that I have encountered. The delivery was speedy and exactly at the time that was specified. The Elinchrom light is great and does what I want it to do and should be a good workhorse for many years to come. As price of the light was very competitive from Fotosense this stopped me looking at buying a secondhand head as I have the advantage of a manufactures gurantee.
