Ordering the camera and 16 gig card was pleasant and easy , the camera came when the chap said it would , one small hiccup the 16 gig card and the 3 year warranty did not come with the camera . A phone call resolved that issue , it was ordered near a bank holiday !!! Camera looks lovely but at 73 years old ( me not the camera ) it will take me some time to get used to it .
