I had good advice on your Barr & Stroud binoculars from the young man I first spoke to (sorry I did not get staff names) and the bins I ordered arrived promptly. I decided to return them and upgrade to a better type and spoke to a young lady who was not really up to speed so I phoned again and got my original young man who was most helpful,
Again, the replacement bins arrived on time. I am pleased with the bins and service and would be happy to recommend Fotosense for good service at competitive prices
