Great service! Ordered the ONA Union Street Messenger Bag in Ranger Tan and had an email a couple hours later saying it was dispatched. The next morning it was delivered to my door - just under 24 hours from when I placed the order! The website was easy to use and informative - when the bag arrived I wasn't struck with that sinking feeling you sometimes get when you order a product online and it turns up and it's not as you expected. Just a great service overall - really can't fault it.
