I extremely impressed with the service I received. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received it on Wednesday. The website said the item would be dispatched within 1 to 3 days so I was extremely impressed. I received an email from Fotosense saying that my item had been despatched and it included full tracking details. The courier they used (DPD) was fab as they sent me a text and email saying it would arrive within a certain hour, which it did. The order was fragile but it was packed with plenty of airbags and spare boxes so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. The price I paid was a lot cheaper than other retailers so i was pleased to get a bargain. Overall i was extremely impressed with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fotosense.
