Website led me to believe that all 3 items I ordered were in stock, but were received separately over a period of a week or so, which was inconvenient because I'd ordered in plenty of time for the short holiday I was taking, and didn't get all the goods before I went.
Insofar as I eventually got what I ordered, well-packed, and in good condition, the experience was good, but communications could have been a lot better: I had to phone Fotosense to get information.
So overall, could do better.
