I bought a Manfrotto Tripod Head, which unfortunately did not have the correct screw with it to fit to my Nikon Camera, (not Fotosense fault). A quick call to Fotosense & everything was sorted next day. They even threw in an adaptor to fit my Benbo, free of charge. It's not always about how good you are when everything goes right, it's how good you are when you get problems and how you deal with them, and in this case it was first rate. Thank You.
