I was sent an E-mail confirming my order on the day of my telephone call, followed up by another E-mail advising me that the item had been dispatched. The item arrived within a matter of days, with the packaging such that it could not be damaged. I have been very satisfied with the quality of service and would have no hesitation in recommending Fotosense to family members and/or friends.
