The best customer service I have ever experienced - not only did the staff at Fotosense make a special effort to get a parcel to me next day "so that I would not be disappointed", they didn't charge me extra, though I was willing to pay. Helpful, cheerful and efficient - what more can you ask? Oh, and the item I ordered was just as advertised!
